To Our Valued Clients:

With the recommendations from the CDC regarding the Covid-19 coronavirus, we are limiting the exposure of person-to-person contact for the health and well-being of our clients and employees. Optimum is still operating during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.; however, we will not be conducting in person business.

If you are dropping off payments, please use the drop box on the wall to the right of the door and they will be processed accordingly. If you have any questions regarding your HOA bill, please contact the Billing Department at (714) 508-9070, option 1.

If you are picking up a gate remote, parking permit, pool key, etc., please contact the Maintenance Department at (714) 508-9070, option 3 and we will arrange for the item to be mailed to you.

For all other inquiries or questions, please contact our receptionist at (714) 508-9070, press 0.

For deliveries, please leave at the front door and if the delivery requires a signature, please knock.

To our Service Providers, if you have an appointment scheduled, please contact our receptionist at (714) 508-9070, press 0 and she will open the front doors for you. If you do not have an appointment, we appreciate your business and friendliness; however, at this time office visits are suspended.

VANDALISM AND GRAFFITI

Vandalism is becoming an issue in the community. If you see a vandalism/graffiti crime in progress, the Orange County Sheriff Department is asking that you please call 911 immediately! In addition to calling 911 please also contact G4S Private Patrol at 949-351-9253. 

If graffiti is noted the day after, please call the Orange County Sheriff Department non-emergency dispatch at 949-770-6011. After contacting the Sheriff, please also report these finding to LARMAC at the Avendale Clubhouse Office at 949-218-0900. LARMAC appreciates your assistance in reporting these crimes to the Sheriff.

All residents are encouraged to register with AlertOC, the new mass notification system designed to keep Orange County residents and businesses informed about emergencies and certain community events. By registering with AlertOC, important time-sensitive voice messages from the County, City and community in which you live or work may be sent to your home, cell or business phone. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT

Orange County Sheriff Department
The Orange County Sheriff Department (OCSD) provides local law enforcement to the unincorporated areas of Orange County. The community of Ladera Ranch is under their scope of service. All personal property matter, criminal matters, domestic violence, hate crimes, graffiti, noise complaints, suspicious activities and other matters related to law enforcement should be directed to the OCSD.

California Highway Patrol
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) provides local California Vehicle Code (CVC) enforcement to the Orange County. The community of Ladera Ranch is under their scope of service. All concerns of CVC enforcement, which includes and is not limited to speeding on the public streets of Ladera Ranch, parking enforcement on the public street of Ladera Ranch should be directed to the CHP.

G4S PRIVATE PATROL

G4S is contracted to provide patrol services solely for LARMAC owned properties

The areas of patrol include; LARMAC’s parks, trails, pools, clubhouses, and neighborhood pocket parks. G4S provides these services 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. 

G4S patrol services are limited to:

  • Monitoring acts of vandalism, suspicious activity or violations of the LARMAC Community Guidelines on LARMAC owned property only, and reporting suspect activities to the appropriate local law enforcement agency if necessary.
  • Within Covenant Hills - performing vehicle gate attendant duties and enforcing LARMAC parking rule violations.

PARKING INFORMATION

All Cantada streets are considered fire access lanes. Unattended parking is forbidden at all times. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing, fines or other sanctions. At no time should a vehicle be parked behind a garage (even to wash the vehicle)

PARKING - If you need to safe-list a guest vehicle, please contact California Safety Agency at (866) 996-6990; they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
