To improve the appearance of the community and prolong the life of the streets, the Board of Directors has contracted with City Service Paving to seal coat the streets throughout the community. In addition, Ross Construction Management has been chosen to oversee the project.

 Please note that ALL DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING STALLS WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS ON OCTOBER 16th& 17th

The indicated areas of the community will be closed to vehicular traffic until all areas have been sealed and deemed safe for vehicle traffic. During this time frame please PLAN AHEAD and park vehicle(s) in a safe place.

“No Parking” and “Road Closed” signs with dates and times will be posted around the community as additional reminders. VEHICLES VIOLATING SIGNS AND BARRICADES WILL BE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE. Please move your vehicles from the scheduled work areas the night prior to the scheduled start time to a legal parking spot elsewhere within or outside of the community.
