Cantada welcomes all those who are renting and being part of one of the most desired communities in Orange County. As your board members, our responsibility is to also include you in many of the community events and activities, by-laws affecting that may or may not affect you, and most importantly, address any concerns you or issues you may have.

As there is renter turnaround, below are some important links that you should be aware including our by-laws and CR&R agreements that were given to you by your landlord.

All Cantada streets are considered fire access lanes. Unattended parking is forbidden at all times. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing, fines or other sanctions. At no time should a vehicle be parked behind a garage (even to wash the vehicle)

PARKING - If you need to safe-list a guest vehicle, please contact California Safety Agency at (866) 996-6990; they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
