To the Residents of the Tustin Ranch most desired community to live at. We welcome everyone with open arms and we pride ourselves with ensuring that each neighbor looks out for one another.

Unlike most community, the Cantada Association community is comprised of a spectrum of homeowners and renters and exclusive areas on the website have been tailored for each type of residents (owners, and Renters).

The Board of Directors are here to serve you as well, so please don't be shy about asking and sending us feedback regarding any discussion topics you would like to address.

All Cantada streets are considered fire access lanes. Unattended parking is forbidden at all times. Vehicles parked in violation are subject to towing, fines or other sanctions. At no time should a vehicle be parked behind a garage (even to wash the vehicle)

PARKING - If you need to safe-list a guest vehicle, please contact California Safety Agency at (866) 996-6990; they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
